In order to build a perfect supplier-customer relationship for now and in the future of mutual interest, we make sure if any of our products that we ship to you does not meet your expectations or does not match your specification, we can process a return immediately to process. This is usually acceptable within 24 hours of receiving the goods at the destination.

In the process of returning or refunding, it is important to provide us with a clear explanation email with the reason for the return, clearly mentioning the fault in our product and if possible with photos in cases where the damage is visible. Also, the returned products should come to us in their original packaging.

After receiving your return, a change will be registered in our system and another product will be sent to your address within 24 hours. In financial refund cases, it may take up to 3 business days for us to complete the refund.
